Meet the Founders

With over 28 years of combined experience in remodeling and interior design, Top Tier Remodeling & Design was built on the belief that exceptional spaces should feel as personal as they are well-executed.

Founded by husband-and-wife team Josh Grimaud and Amber Gannon, the firm brings together construction expertise and design leadership to create a more seamless, thoughtful remodeling experience. Josh leads the construction side of the business, ensuring every detail is built with precision and care. Amber is the co-owner of Design Simply, where she and her partner, Brilee Myers, guide the design process with a focus on both beauty and functionality.

Together, they offer a balanced approach—combining craftsmanship with creativity to deliver spaces that are not only visually refined, but deeply livable.

At home in Ogden, they share life with their daughter, a hound dog, and a small flock of ornamental chickens.
