At Top Tier Remodeling, we bring 28 years of combined experience in remodeling and interior design to create spaces that feel as unique as the families who live in them. We’re Josh Grimaud and Amber Gannon — a husband-and-wife team who love what we do. Josh handles the construction side, making sure every detail is built to last. Amber co-owns Design Simply with her business partner, Brilee Myers, blending design vision with practical solutions to create spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful. Together, we balance craftsmanship with creativity, ensuring every project is not only stunning but also feels like home. Josh also gives back as a Board member for Youth Futures Homeless Shelter, a cause close to our family’s heart.

We live in central Ogden with our daughter, a hound dog, and nine backyard ornamental chickens. We’re proud to serve the community we call home.
