Top Tier made our bathroom vision happen and it's oh so beautiful! Josh and Amber really listened to every idea, request and whim we had and made all of it happen in their most amazing way! Josh is so talented at tile work. The construction took a while, but the Top Tier crews were great to clean up everyday so we really never felt the pain of the disruption. They were conscientious, courteous and very sweet. Josh even spoiled our dogs with biscuits and they miss him now that the construction is done. I thought living through the remodel would be difficult but we couldn't have asked for a better experience or a more beautiful bathroom! Top Tier is great people doing great work!

Top Tier came through for us again! We needed some rotted deck posts repaired. The decking companies only wanted to tear our structurally sound deck down and start over, but Josh's team repaired and reinforced the posts so they're strong again. We also asked for a handrail for our front porch to match the existing porch railing, and they took care of that as well. My favorite project was replacing the existing white posts and spindles in our kitchen/family room area with square posts and iron spindles. The difference is amazing! This is the fourth time we've called Josh and his team to help us out. While these projects were much smaller than the 3 bathroom renovations they did for us previously, they were just as important to us and turned out beautifully. Quality work, and we couldn't be happier!

We are leaving a 5 star review and Top Tier didn't even do anything on our house! They installed a fence and garage for our neighbor and to do so needed some access to our property. They asked if they could put up a temporary fence and were professional and kind every time we saw them. At the end of the project they came and got permission to take the fence down and then dropped off crumbl cookies as a thank you! It's hard to find companies that go the extra mile especially to those they aren't even doing work for! Way to go Top Tier!

VERY professional, high quality company. Do you have a custom job no one else will touch? They can do it. They will have the patience to work with you (I speak from personal experience on that) and model your design so you can have a good idea of what it will look like before the work is even begun. This company can do just about everything, and if they can't, they'll find alternatives to work within your needs. Highly recommend for any custom design work. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

There are not enough stars available to properly rate Top Tier! Our kitchen had a major flood that damaged several rooms (due to the location); after the original "clean-up crew" realized it was beyond them to re-do things, we started our hunt for help. We had several contractors come out, tell us, "We'll get back to you with a bid in a week," and then NEVER call back! So frustrating! Fortunately, a friend told us about Top Tier.
What a breath of fresh air!! Amber and Brilee were an amazing design team, and Josh led THE BEST group of workers to overhaul our damaged kitchen and rooms! They worked wonders with our insurance company (who didn't understand the extent of the damage), and each day you knew exactly what they were going to do -- and they DID IT! It was a major project, and they even came in ahead of schedule! Oh, and the kitchen and adjoining rooms look fantastic!!
